At Casual Robe, your comfort is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right — quickly and fairly.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 2 days of delivery. If you don’t love it or notice any issue, just let us know — no questions asked.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached
- It must be returned in the original packaging
- You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order
Non-returnable items:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us
How to return:
- Email us at customercare@casualrobe.com within 2 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Our support team will respond with return instructions and address details
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:
- A full refund (excluding original shipping charges) will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days from the date we receive your item
If your return doesn’t meet the conditions, we may deny the refund.

Need a Different Size or Style?
We currently do not offer exchanges. You may return your item within 2 days and place a new order for the preferred size or color.
